Cat + Jez // My wife now, that I love…

As you can see this was a very, very picturesque setting.  In the valleys of the Lake District, near Kendal lies the venue and the church within spitting distance.   It set the relaxed and easy theme for the whole day.

In the morning it was rainy, really rainy with a very angry looking sky but as the black clouds cracked to reveal the briliant sunlight it occered to me that this is what the lake distract is all about-  dramatic surroundings.

This film is colour corrected in Apple color, very minimal colour grading has been applied giving it a traditional film look.  I’m loving the warm and varied textures I’m able to get from the raw footage with this amazing application.

Cat and Jez, thanks for having me, I hope you enjoy your trailer and your honeymoon in Canada.

Great job, as usual. So beautiful and nice bride! She gives great warmth to your short film. And so beautiful places to shoot. Here in Argentina evening weddings are much more common; it’s a shame, lack of natural light.

    Hi Jeff.
Not wanting to let my feminine side out too much, but the way you have put this trailer together is beautiful mate. More of a “feature film” trailer rather than your average wedding video. I was there on Jez and Cats wedding day (M/C and Usher) and you have made it look better than the actual day itself. I don’t think Spielberg could have done any better! I along with everyone else at the wedding are looking forward to seeing the final cut.

    Hi Jeff,

J&C from Canada … We’ve already sent an email as you know but just wanted to say on here for everyone to see …..as we told you on the wedding day, we chose you because you simply stand out from the crowd in terms of your filming and your editing. You are head and shoulders above the other videographers we looked at. Our trailor proves that we made the right choice – wonderful and very emotional ! What your trailors don’t show is that you are a cracking bloke too. Thanks for everything !! Can’t wait to see the final cut !

    Hi Jeff
My husband and I both attending the wedding and this trailer made me cry…. again – think I will need a catering pack of tissues to watch the whole thing!!! It looks absolutely fantastic – does not just record the day but really captures the sentiment and what a great day we all had. BRILLIANT and that’s just the trailer…….

Hi Jeff, we have just watched the trailer and it is truely amazing, I should have had the rescue remedy handy again before I watched it. The whole day was perfect and your video is superb. It’s amazing how you captured every moment so professionally. Can’t wait to see the rest.
