Sofia’s Christening video

Talk about perfect weather. This beautiful day was shot exclusively on my Canon 5d Mark II DSLR. The edit has special effects to make it look like old film. I will be shooting the wedding of Sofia’s parents, Lisa and Locky in Corfu this August so really looking forward to that! Till then here is Sofia’s special day…

Cai’s Christening video // super 8 style

This was shot in high definition but this version has the most character.  It has multiple effects to make it look like old super 8 film. It seems a shame to degrade 5dIi footage in this way but I think the effect definitely adds to the emotion of the film. I will probably be experimenting with this effect some more in the future.

Georgia’s Christening video

This was definitely the biggest fanciest Christening I have ever been to, complete with Carvery, marquee and face painter! I had a great day and was made to feel very welcome.
I colour corrected all of this footage in Apple Color before doing a final grade with Magic Bullet Looks- a super powerful colour grading plug in that gives a really cinematic look.
